David Simmons used my help to buy a block of 4 apartments and a shop in Scarborough overlooking the sea for £100,000. The council condemned the flats, so we purchased them in cash. We then spent another £100,000 on the renovation. In the end, each flat was worth £90,000 plus a shop for £60,000 – giving a total profit of £220,000!
